Shipping estimates
Available shipping methods and estimated delivery windows appear during checkout. Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Weather, address issues, volume, and carrier interruptions can affect arrival.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders begin processing promptly. A change or cancellation is not guaranteed after payment authorization or fulfillment begins.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
Keep all packaging and photograph the shipping carton, product box, and affected item. Use the support instructions in your order confirmation as soon as possible.
Returns
For safety and product-integrity reasons, opened, used, or temperature-compromised wellness products may not be returnable. Final eligibility and instructions are provided with the completed order.
Address accuracy
Review the shipping address before payment. Reshipment costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.
